SHORT STORY: The Great Dane women put up 11 event winners on their way to a second-place finish at the RPI Under the Lights meet, Thursday and Friday.

KEY NOTES
- The first event win of the meet came from Lalenii Grant in the discus throw Thursday evening. Nattaly Lindo, Keegan Collins, and Kiana Nosile added three scorers in the discus alone.
- The first win of Friday came from All-American Amelia Benjamin in the high jump.
- Shortly after, Lindo and Nosile combined for first and second, respectively, in the shot put.
- On a roll, the sprinters/hurdlers added wins in the 100m, 100mH, 400mH, and the 4x100m relay.
- All five Great Danes competing in the hammer throw scored with Stephanie Green, Keegan Collins, Nosile, and Lindo sweeping the first four finishes, in order.
- Led by Lanaisha Lubin in first place, the long jumpers added four scorers to the team total.
- In her first attempt at the heptathlon, Kate Del Gandio finished first with 4272 and is now the eighth best in program history. Marissa Gordon finished right behind Del Gandio with 3852, just over 100 points away from the Great Danes' top ten.
- Evangeline Edery rounded out the UAlbany event winners with a pole vault victory in one jump.
