I purchased tickets previously from the UAlbany Ticket Office and now need accessible seating. How do I go about doing that?
If you purchased your tickets from the UAlbany Ticket Office and something has occurred that precludes you from accessing the location of the seats, please contact us at (518) 442-DANE. If accessible seating is available for the game in question, we will do our best to assist you.
Where do I park?
Reserved season parking passes are available for Great Dane Athletic Club (GDAC) donors and season ticket holders in the Broadview, Grass and/or Dutch lots. Game day parking for football is located in the Grass Lot adjacent to Casey Stadium. In the case of inclement weather, game day parking for football games may be shifted to Dutch Lot. For men's lacrosse and men's basketball, game day parking is located in Dutch Lot. Game day parking for women's basketball is located in Broadview Lot. Do UAlbany students need to purchase tickets to athletics events?
There is NO charge for UAlbany undergrad students to attend regular season athletic events. Students MUST login to their student portal and claim tickets prior to each ticketed event. Additionally, UAlbany students can purchase student guest tickets through the student portal. Student guest tickets are located in valid student sections on gameday.

What payment options are available?
All UAlbany athletics events are now cashless. All major credit cards are accepted.
How do I receive my game tickets?
All UAlbany athletics game tickets are now digital. Tickets can be emailed or texted from your online ticketing account. Each ticket contains a unique barcode that will be scanned at the entrance. If copies of the ticket are made, only the first scan of the barcode will be allowed entry. Any subsequent attempt to use that ticket will not be permitted.
