- Stephanie Osuji won the women's 100m in 11.60; Taahira Butterfield placed second in 11.92
- Osiris Nicholson placed seventh in the men's 100m in 10.83 after running 10.80 in the preliminary round
- Kiyah Owens won the women's 400m in 56.30
- Águeda Muñoz Marqués placed seventh in the women's 800m in 2:18.81
- Evan DeGraw placed third in the men's 800m in 1:54.56; Jonathan Gay placed second in the open division in 1:59.04

- Niamani Morrison placed third in the women's 100m hurdles in 14.80
- Sidney Gibbons placed third in the men's 110m hurdles in 14.57
- Harmodio Cruz III won the men's 400m in 47.61, satisfying the IAAF World Junior qualifying standard. Cruz III will represent Puerto Rico at the Junior World Championships in Finland.
