How it Happened:
- The Great Danes got on the board first two minutes into the contest when Daniel Kesselring picked up loose change, tossing it to Amos Whitcomb in front of the goal for the score.
- Bryant tied it up soon after on a goal from Luca Elmaleh.
- Silas Richmond scored his first of the evening after finding space on the near side, burying it after taking a pass from rookie Brendan O'Keefe to make it 2-1.
- Jack Lonsinger tied it up at 2-2 for the Bulldogs with 4:32 remaining in the first.
- Ben Wimmer put UAlbany back in the lead with a minute left in the first, taking a feed from O'Keefe in front of the net and going behind his back for the goal.
- The Bulldogs started the second quarter with four-straight goals, jolting out to a 6-3 lead.
- The Great Danes scored their first of the second with just 2:47 remaining off the stick of Ryan Doherty. About 30 seconds later, Jackson Palumb found the back of the net to quickly make it 6-5.
