How it Happened:  

• The Great Danes got on the board first two minutes into the contest when Daniel Kesselring picked up loose change, tossing it to Amos Whitcomb in front of the goal for the score.
• Bryant tied it up soon after on a goal from Luca Elmaleh.
• Silas Richmond scored his first of the evening after finding space on the near side, burying it after taking a pass from rookie Brendan O'Keefe to make it 2-1.
• Jack Lonsinger tied it up at 2-2 for the Bulldogs with 4:32 remaining in the first.
• Ben Wimmer put UAlbany back in the lead with a minute left in the first, taking a feed from O'Keefe in front of the net and going behind his back for the goal.
• The Bulldogs started the second quarter with four-straight goals, jolting out to a 6-3 lead.
• The Great Danes scored their first of the second with just 2:47 remaining off the stick of Ryan Doherty. About 30 seconds later, Jackson Palumb found the back of the net to quickly make it 6-5.
• Doherty tied it up with just eight seconds remaining in the first half, collecting his own rebound before going over the top of the Bryant goalkeeper to tie the game before halftime.
• The Great Danes went just 2-13 at the X in the first half, but went 4-6 on extra man opportunities.
• UAlbany scored the first two goals of the second half to take an 8-6 advantage. Daniel Kesselring scored to put UAlbany in the lead before James Reid scored his first of the year about one minute later.
• Jacob Moran made it six-straight UAlbany goals with 7:26 on the clock in the third, making the score 9-6.
• Bryant's Gabe Chinitz stopped the bleeding less than 20 seconds later to get the Bulldogs' first goal of the second half.
• Doherty collected his third of the night with 4:00 on the clock in the third, pushing the lead back to three goals at 10-7.
• Koleton Marquis made it 11-7 with 1:11 left in the third, but Bryant responded with a goal from Luca Elmaleh to make it 11-8 heading into the final frame.
• The first goal of the fourth was scored by Bryant's Elmaleh, completing the hat trick to make it 11-9.
• Bryant's Brian Rusell made it a one-score game a few minutes later, 11-10.
• Bryant tied the game with 6:10 remaining then took the lead six seconds later after winning the ensuing faceoff. It would be the final goal scored of the game, making it 12-11 in favor of the Bulldogs.
