Amber Smith joins the UAlbany track program as an undergraduate volunteer assistant after spending two seasons as a member of the team.
    Smith was one of the top high school sprinters in Section II while at Shaker High School.  
    An Africana studies major, the Latham, N.Y., native transferred to UAlbany from Hudson Valley Community College prior to her junior year.
