Taylor O’Connor joined the University at Albany athletics department in the spring of 2021 as an Assistant Director of Media Relations.
O’Connor joined UAlbany after previously serving as the Director of New Media/Communications for the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. While there, he served as the primary contact for all of the MAAC’s Division I sports, including men’s and women’s basketball. O’Connor also served as the media coordinator for various NCAA sponsored championships hosted by the conference. Before his time at the MAAC, O’Connor spent time with Siena College Athletics as a student-worker, the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour, the Albany Devils, and GTM Payroll services.
O’Connor graduated from Siena with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing in the spring of 2018.
