University at Albany Great Danes

Transferred to UAlbany from Lincoln University, a nationally-ranked NCAA Division II program in Missouri.

2008-09:
Outdoors, finished 10th overall and ninth among the Americans in the 400-meter intermediate hurdles in 50.45 seconds at the NCAA Championships ... Also advanced to the semifinal and placed 16th in the 400-hurdles, navigating the track in 52.74, at the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships ... Earned All-East honors for finishing seventh in the 400-hurdles (51.53) and running on the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay squad which set a school record (3:06.89) at the NCAA East Regional Championship ... Placed second in the 400-hurdles in a personal-best time of 49.99 ... Also competed on the fourth-place 4x100-meter relay (41.12) and second-place 4x400-meter relay (3:09.65) at the IC4A Championship, helping the Great Danes capture their first team title ... Four-time all-conference honoree ... Placed second in the 400-hurdles (50.36) and third in the 400-meter dash (47.34) at the America East championship, leading the squad to its fifth straight title ... Also ran a leg on the winning 4x400-meter relay (3:13.20) and the second-place 4x100-meter relay team (50.36) ... Led off the 4x200-meter relay (1:25.43) which set the school record at the Pepsi Florida Relays ... Ran the first 200-meter leg for the third-place sprint medley relay team which won the IC4A event title in 3:18.89 at Penn Relays ... Also competed on the 4x200-meter relay (1:26.16) squad ... Indoors, ran on the 4x400-meter relay squad which placed second at the IC4A championship in an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:09.78, helping the Great Danes claim the team title ... Also finished third in the 500 in a personal-best time of 1:02.80 ... Was a two-time all-conference selection for winning the 500 (1:03.40) and running a leg for the first-place 4x400-meter relay which set a meet record (3:11.77) at the America East championship... Qualified for the IC4A Championship in the 400 (49.07) at the Yale Collegiate Invitational.

Lincoln (2006-08):
Garnered All-America honors at the NCAA Division II Indoor Track and Field Championship for running a leg on the third-place 4x400-meter relay team which clocked in at 3:14.04.

High School:
Earned four letters in track and field at Hempstead ... Three-year captain and two-time state champion in the 400 and 600 ... Personal-bests were 48.4 indoors and 47.9 outdoors in the 400, 1:00.02 in the 600 indoors and 2:34.50 in the 800 outdoors.
