Hired in August 2022, Anthony Gallina is the Gameday Production Coordinator for UAlbany Athletics.
He executes all gameday productions, including but not limited to; the direction of ESPN3/+, America East TV, and FloSports broadcasts along with various other multimedia and online streaming platforms for scheduled events. He is also the department liaison for all incoming video production units.
He coordinates video production services with the America East Conference, CAA, MAAC, and NCAA for all events hosted at UAlbany. This includes regular and postseason events, streaming contests, scheduling staff for video production, graphics creation, duplicating and sharing video with other schools in competition, and providing individual game highlights, interviews, features, and video headshots of individual athletes. Gallina assists in the coordination and execution of UAlbany sports venues, including but not limited to; press conferences, concerts, award shows, hall of fame inductions, or other professional events.
Gallina graduated from SUNY College at Plattsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in TV-Video & Audio-Radio Production in 2014.
He was the Regional winner and Finalist of Audio productions in the National Broadcasting Society (Fall 2013 & Spring 2014). Some of his publications/productions include “Happy Dog”, “Walking the Dog”, and “Hi, My Name is Jason”.
