How it Happened
- Maine held the top overall record in the America East heading into Sunday's game, while UAlbany held the lead in the league table with seven points.
- The Great Danes played aggressively early, committing six offsides infractions in the first 18 minutes. The Black Bears scored first in the 20th minute when Tegan Morrison set up Kayla Kraemer for her second goal of the season.
